By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

"User" or "you" means the individual, application, or entity accessing or using the Services.
"User Content" means any content, data, or information you submit or upload to the Services. This includes Documents created via the Services.
"Third-Party Content" means any content, data, or information provided by the Services that is sourced from third-party databases or websites.
"Service Output" means any content, data, or information generated by the Services, including content generated by Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems and Third-Party Content.
"Documents" means any content created by users based on Service Output, including content generated by AI systems and subsequent user edits and additions.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2.2 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process and to update it as necessary.
3. Use of the Services
3.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:
Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Engage in any activity that could disrupt or negatively impact the Services or our systems.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our systems, or any other user's account.
Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Services or Service Output without our prior written consent.
Conduct any systematic or automated data collection activities (including scraping, data mining, data extraction, or data harvesting) on or in relation to the Services without our prior written consent.
Use the Services or Service Output for any unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes.
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
4. User Content
4.1 Ownership and Responsibility
You retain all rights in and to your User Content. You are solely responsible for any User Content that you submit, publish, transmit, email, or display on, through, or with the Services. Reforged claims no intellectual property rights over the User Content that you submit to the Services.
You may provide us with feedback, suggestions, and ideas about the Services. You agree that Reforged owns all rights to use and incorporate the feedback you provide in any way, including in future enhancements and modifications to the Services, without payment or attribution to you.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit the User Content and that it does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
4.2 License Grant
By submitting User Content to the Services, you grant Reforged a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, store, process, analyze, and display the User Content for the purposes of operating, providing, and improving the Services.
4.3 Documents
Documents created using the Services are considered User Content. Subject to your compliance with our Terms, when you create a Document, you are granted ownership rights to the content within that Document, including AI-generated content from Service Output, but excluding Third-Party Content. You may edit and share Documents as you see fit, subject to the terms and the license grant for User Content above. You are solely responsible for the content of your Documents.
5. Service Output
5.1 Service Output Ownership
The Service Output, excluding any Third-Party Content, is owned and copyrighted by Reforged.
5.2 Use of Service Output
You may use the Service Output for personal, commercial, and research purposes only. Any other use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may incorporate Service Output into Documents as described in these Terms.
5.3 Third-Party Content
The Service Output may contain citations, references, or other Third-Party Content. Reforged does not claim ownership over this Third-Party Content, and your use of such content may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the respective rights holders. You are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses to use Third-Party Content.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Services and all associated content, unless otherwise indicated, are the property of Reforged or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, or create derivative works based on the Services or its content except as expressly authorized in these Terms.
6.1 Infringement Notification
Reforged respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. If you believe that your work has been used in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify us at support@reforged.dev.
7. Third-Party Services and Content
The Services may integrate or link to third-party services, websites, or content. Reforged does not endorse, verify, or assume any responsibility for such third-party services, websites, or content. Your use of third-party services, websites, or content is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties.
8. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds
8.1 Service Plans
We offer free and paid subscription plans across our products and services. The features and limitations of our plans are detailed on the corresponding product's pricing page. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
8.2 Subscription Terms and Payments
By selecting a paid subscription plan, you agree to pay the associated subscription fees. Subscription fees are billed in advance of the billing period. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Subscription periods may be monthly, annual, or as otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through our payment processor, Stripe. You are responsible for providing accurate and current billing information. By submitting your payment information, you automatically authorize Reforged to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until the payment is successfully processed.
8.3 Taxes
Fees do not include any applicable taxes, levies, duties, or similar governmental assessments (collectively, "Taxes"). You are responsible for paying all Taxes associated with your purchases, including but not limited to sales, use, and value-added taxes. If Reforged has the legal obligation to pay or collect Taxes for which you are responsible, we will invoice you for that amount, and you agree to pay it unless you provide Reforged with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority in advance. If required by law, we may collect Taxes on your behalf and remit them to the appropriate tax authorities.
8.4 Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@reforged.dev. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to existing paid features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation and the end of your billing period, you will no longer have access to the paid features and data associated with those features may be deleted.
All payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We do not provide partial refunds for cancellation before the end of the billing period or for unused portions of a subscription period.
8.5 Changes to Pricing and Plans
We reserve the right to change our pricing and plans at any time. We will provide notice of any price changes at least 30 days in advance through email or through the Services. For existing subscribers, new pricing will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree with the price changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.
8.6 Disputed Charges
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact support@reforged.dev within 30 days of the charge. We will review all disputes in good faith and work to resolve them promptly.
9. Limitations and Disclaimers
9.1 Accuracy of the Services
The Services rely on Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems to generate output. While we strive for accuracy, Service Output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You agree:

Not to rely on Service Output as factual information or advice of any kind. For advice, please consult with a qualified professional in the relevant field.
You acknowledge that Service Output incorporates Third-Party Content. Reforged does not review or endorse Third-Party Content for accuracy, reliability, or completeness.
9.2 Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Reforged, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your User Content or Service Output; or (v) reliance on the Service Output. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, and whether or not Reforged has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9.3 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
Reforged does not warrant that (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your requirements.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reforged, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with (i) your use or misuse of the Services; (ii) any violation of these Terms by you; or (iii) any User Content submitted by you.
11. Legal Provisions
11.1 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seattle, Washington, United States.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Reforged, we encourage you to first contact us at support@reforged.dev to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to resolve any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Seattle, Washington, United States, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon the parties.
11.3 Termination
Reforged may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
11.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
11.5 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reforged regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review these Terms whenever you access or use our Services to stay informed about any updates or changes. Your continued use of the Services after the revised Terms have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
